Trust me when I tell you that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. We are not all of us just a series of random chemical "happenstances".... The universe and all that is in it is energy (or more simply put - MAGIC)....
All of us are presented with tragedies and opportunities. What we do with the tragedies as well as the opportunities is PURELY UP TO US.
As a woman who had "settled" in the past, my best advice to you is: CARPE DIEM.....
Is it scary? HELL YES. But at least if you decide to sieze an opportunity, you will NEVER have to live with regret; the question of, "What if?"
Think with your heart AND your mind....
And finally remember, that there is no such thing as a situation that can not be rectified one way or another.

1 problem: when you go to Oz you wont want to come back to the US. Trust me I went through it. I hated coming back here...arggghh.. Of course maybe you'll end up marrying her and then you get dual citizenship. Go for it, why the hell not. Oh and find a friend that works for the airlines- you can get some standby tix. I did and it costs me 700 bucks to go from San Fran to Sydney round trip Biz class- not bad eh? LONG ASS FLIGHT- I think it was 14 hours there, 18 back, something like that. But with free alcohol who cares!!
