im not really worried about that...because i know once i get there i will have a great time and she; ll hang out with me the whole time im there....its more im contemplating whether any girl i just met is worth traveling around the world for..??

I was recently told a story of a Canadian girl who met and fell in love with a Parisian man. He didn't speak English and she couldn't speak French. They spent a short time together in Paris (as she was on holiday there). After one month back home, she decided to move to Paris to be with him. They lived together for one and 1/2 years! She then decided that she needed to go back to Canada. He did live there for one month and finally decided that he could not live there and returned to Paris and subsequently ended thier relationship.

That was nearly 10 years ago. She married a Canadian man and has children with him; is very happily married. They still exchange emails once in a blue moon.

He (the Parisian man) admitted to me that he has felt that for himself, he made A BIG MISTAKE by letting her go.....

thanks bikini mom...i kinda think it was fate because the only reason i was in nyc at the time was because of last minute business trip . I had to fill in for a co-worker who became very ill the day before he was supposed to leave...kinda crazy isnt it?...i never believed in fate before...but now i just might.
