i agree with the above is 1 vial all you have. if so i asume its 250mg/ml and your running 250mg ew for 10 weaks?

I had originally planned to do 500mg of test e for 10 weeks, but I changed my mind at the last minute. 250 a week it is. Don't panic though. I will run higher doses in the future.

And yes I did have a panic attack once I got the pin next to my quad. My wife had to do it in the butt cheek. She's awesome.

1) Butt cheek > Quad anyway

2) Don't sweat a first cycle at 250 mg/week. I started at 200 mg/week and absolutely loved it.

lol. your lucky. my wife wont do it. i sat there for a while debating. then once i started going i went slowly and through a nerve in my quad . then to top it all off after it was done i felt real naushous and dizzy for a minute. that was my panic attack.

Big Rick Rock, that wasn't my first question and I plan on staying with you guys for a while. Hell...I have no intention of leaving. I won't be giving too much advice since I don't feel comfortable with that yet, but I will keep everyone updated on my progress.

And to EZ...I understand that more isn't always better, but I think we can all agree that 250mg a EW of test e is a pretty light dose. What I meant was I'll be trying out different stacks and/or dosages in the future. I always lean on the side of caution so you'll probably never see me use any heroic doses of any AAS.

Please forgive my noobness, but this is my first cycle ever and I just got my gear in last night. Now I'm sitting hear staring at a 10ml vial of test e that has a solid aluminum top on it. There's no rubber seal or flip top to pop off. And the top is crimped on good, so it looks like it's there to stay. Am I supposed to just jab a needle through the top of this thing? It seems like the needle won't be able to get through it. Once again, please forgive my ignorance. I know there is a simple answer for this. Thanks guys.

Right in the center there should be a flip up tab.
Pull that back/off and it should expose your rubber
stopper.
