State weather or not you're on cycle, what you're doing & duration?

Current cyc: 14 weeks
wks 1-14 Test-e 1G/wk
wks 1-5 Oxandrolonoe 80mg ed
wks 5-10 Tren-Ace 75mg ed
wks 8-12 100mg stanz ed
wks 5-12 50mg Prov ed
wks 12-14 Oxandrolone 100mg ed

750mg Test EW
750mg EQ EW
400mg Tren-E EW
300mg Deca EW
20mg Tbol ED.
I'm at week 9 of a 18 week cycle. For some reason I'm about the only one at EF that believes in ramping up doseages as a cycle progresses.

I only added the Tren and Deca 8 days ago, when I switched from 50mg Dbol ED to the Tbol.
2 weeks ago I was dumb enough to go to a gunfight without a gun, and took a shot to the shoulder. So the fact that Friday I was able to bench 350 Raw with a legal pause, despite having 200 grains of fresh lead in my shoulder is a source of pride. Tomorrow is deadlift day, so if I can get close to 600 with just a belt I'll be in awe of myself. 6 days after the shooting I pulled 505 Raw without a belt, which helped me keep my moral up.
My physique progress is hard to evaluate what with the blood and bruising that's still present. I'm a power slave more than a bodybuilder anyhow.

I've managed to regain the weight I lost the first week after the injury.
Yes, I get great pumps - even when I'm not in the Gym.

april 15th- june 30 (10 weeks)

1-10 600mg test e

goal: maintain 200 lbs minimum, achieve 9% bf currently at 14% and weigh 206 lbs.

during 1st 6 weeks i will be on a 2400 cal 50/30/20 diet (p/f/c) during the last I will be following a contest prep diet i some have followed. Hey life is about trying new things..

Currently i do 4 days week high rep low weight high volume routine.

46 yrs old 5'9" 205 lbs lifting 25+ seriously 10...

this will be like my 6th cycle...(can't really remember) i have done up to 1000mg test but prefer the results of lighter cycles..

In the past i have always done power/strength training. the past 6 months i have been doing more body building/sculpting.. better for my heart/mind
