All the Whey banana flavored concentrate/isolate,not impressed.

Well got my all the whey banana flavored isolate/concentrate tubs this morning and got to try them after I got home from work wich I was a bit hungry so I figured Id down 2 ounces wich is a double serving equaling 44g of prtein between the 2 to kill my hunger.Needless to say the consistency was not much thicker than coolaid when i was done mixing it with water and ice.Skeptical I downed the concoction and just as I thought it filled me up about as much as a glass of coolaid maybe less.I am just as hungry as when I drank it.Any sugestions or ideas Id like to keep the nutritios content pretty close to wee it is but the stuff does nothing for my hunger at all and I know I am going to be starving for the next 2 hours.
 
You shouldn't expect straight protein to have any effect on hunger pangs.

Throw a banana or two in there maybe?

Try some flax oil with it, that usually quiets my stomach down. You could also dump something like metamucil in there to thicken it up.. the extra fiber certainly wont hurt
 
agreed ... I have the SAME stuff and I mix 1.5 scoops banana along with 1.5 scoops chcoclate (and 2 tablespoons flax) = YUM YUM!!!! (and filling)
 
Gona have to give that a try ususally try to get plenty of efas naturally from avocados,olive oil,salmon and nuts but I guess I can cut back a little on that and add to my prot shake if it will make it a more filling meal.
