Cool, thanks. I'm doing 25 @ 6:30am and 25 @ 2:30 pm and workout @ 5:30 pm, 5 days on 2 days off. I'm in week 2, and plan to continue this way this week. I'm think then of trying just 50mg in the morning next week to compare.I take 50mg in the morning and train at 3 pm.
I have tried before training,splitting dosages,i found that 5 days on-2 off is a good spot after running it 5 weeks straight.
