All ab'd out??

Great thanks for all the help I am already seeing visual improvement but I have another problem. I went to a web site and calculated my Body fat and it said I was 23.01 I entered my chest, abdomen, and neck size. They scale says I am obese but I can see my veins and all especially when I work out I look like the hulk. Although I do have some chub cause I always eat to get bigger but the whole thing I am tripping off of if thats exact then I am gonna have my hart stop thats way to much fat.
