What type of story did you come up with to let her know that was not possible?

Pretty simple. You have to tell her that Santa can't take anybody on his sleigh because it flies so fast that anybody but him (being a magical person) would be hurt or maybe even fly clean out of the sleigh. It's the reason why he doesn't take elves with him, after all.

this year the boy got a phone call, a letter and a video email from santa..

he says when we asked him what he wants his uncles to get him "I dont' know whatever they get me will be fine and i'll be happy with it"..

oh the boy is now getting a motor cycle, a pony and a puppy..
