I want to start my first cycle after 4 years off. A lot of new info out there now. I want to start with 6 weeks on a sus and deca cycle. I used to be up to over 400 bench and over 400 push press with very little AAS. But I'm 36 years old now and I want to use AAS to get back up to my "former" strength as soon as possible. I just started lifting again 4 weeks ago and am making decent progress. But want to kick in with the juice. Any suggestions about sus and deca....or what do you young punks (in-the-know) suggest???
Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm listening. My body fat has gone way up since being off for 4 years........probabley to 20% body fat. I'm really looking to get back in shape. I'm natually pretty strong but need to shed the fat and build some good muscle. Thanks again. -Farmerjohn

I have also been in quite a few gyms from coast to coast over many decades and reached a different conclusion.
The addition of aas to a combination of weight training, proper nuitrition, recouperation and a healthy life style results in superior muscle growth and strength.
This is an easy fact to confirm with your own two eyes ... on your own body ... or the pictures of national champions. It is nothing to get angry about. It is science.
Natural body builders can achieve wonderful improvements. However, they can not compare to someone taking even the smallest dosage of an oral. And most natural bodybuilders are always searching for some "natural" substance that will allow thier own bodies to release more test and hgh. (Hopefully, it is a yam stuffed turkey.)
If there is any debate, it might be on the long term health effects of high dosages of stacks. The growing use of HRT programs muddys that debate.
