Age 56 - T3 Question

Hello Gentleman,

I'm 56 on Rejuvenation Therapy taking 20mcg Sermorelin (5 days) and 1mg of Testosterone cream daily.

Looking to supplement with LiquiT3 30ml @ 50mcg/ml. So I have 1500mcg per bottle. What is an acceptable does to start orally?

Stats Today: 56, 5'11", 222lbs.

Started March 20th, 237lbs

Looking to burn stubborn excess fat, it's been there a long time. LOL!

Please tell me what these substances are and what is to be expected from them.
The amount of testo alone would have little or no impact.

What are your latest blood testing results?
Fat is best burnt away by diet. For me it is the reduction of sugars.
 
What is your Diet like? It should be split into several small servings thruout the day,after your last meal do not eat anything and do morning cardio after 12 hrs from your last meal,the body has no choice but to burn fat for energy,and you will be healthier,save the T-3 for the last bits of remaining fat.

sermorelin is an agent(hormone-GHRH)that is produced by the human brain to stimulate the release of Growth Hormone produced by the pituitaty gland.

You might want to try T4 instead of T3. This is the hormone that the throid gland produces and the body converts to T3. I see it as a more conservative approach than supplementing with T3.

last meal is at 7:00..

wake at 7:00 am.. cardio at 65% for 20-45 minutes, do not exceed that because the body will start burning muscle... slow and steady is the way..

then oats, eggs and out the door you go..
