I have been training seriuosly for about a year now and have hit a lull spot. BIG TIME!!
I am considering using roids in order to bulk up and get me over the hill if you like.
But before i do i was wondering if there is a natural alternative anyone can reccomend. Or something else that mimics the benefits of being on roids.
Such as creatine, HMB? Is there anything else??
And how often should it be taken and can these things be mixed e.g.: Creatine with HMB etc...
Please help cuz i kinda dont wanna jump on juice if there is another alternative
