Advise Please Help!

Hi

I have been training seriuosly for about a year now and have hit a lull spot. BIG TIME!!

I am considering using roids in order to bulk up and get me over the hill if you like.

But before i do i was wondering if there is a natural alternative anyone can reccomend. Or something else that mimics the benefits of being on roids.

Such as creatine, HMB? Is there anything else??
And how often should it be taken and can these things be mixed e.g.: Creatine with HMB etc...

Please help cuz i kinda dont wanna jump on juice if there is another alternative
 
welcome to the board ....if you've only been training a yr...you prolly just need to evaluate your training and diet and that would make a world of difference. look at the sticky at the top of the page training methods. theres not anything that will "mimic" steroids but if you wanna learn about them there is a board for that. stick around and read and you will learn alot from the people here.
 
try different styles of training and diet, you should go chemical when you hit the genetic plateu, and that my friend takes more than just 1 year...
 
Hitting plateaus is normal. You don't have to juice.

What is your training like?

How many calories and how much protein are you eating?

What is your age/weight/height/%bodyfat?

People often think there's some magic bullet that will get them big, when all they need is to shake up their routine, eat enough, and sleep enough.
 
a year...you have to give it time...a lot more. training and supplementation are the keys. i would agree if you've been training for years but one year is hardly enough time for you to see that juicing is the only way. give yourself more time!!! tb

its a radical new approach called training hard, eating heavy, and sleeping a lot.

its still kinda hush hush, so dont spread this secret around.

im sorry if that sounds mean........... by why would you think that you've reached all you can naturally after a year........

I can recommend both 5x5 and HST methods from personal experience, and lots of people have busted through plateaus with WSB as well.
