Advice please ...

Ok, just started my 5th cycle Monday.

50mg db wks 1-4

500mg test wks 1-4 then 750mg 5-12

500mg primo 1-12

had a great wrkout. That night felt a scratch in my throat. Next morning I wake up w/a sore throat. I skip the gym hoping it's a 24 hr bug. Woke up today even worse, full cold. I thought it was test flu but hit me way too soon. I'm going to the doc tomor morning but my question is, would you all advice stopping until I recover or keep going since I've already started?

I haven't wrked out since monday and feel like a bum. I'd workout but I can't stop coughing long enough and I'd be really pissed if i got even worse..

What would you do?

Keep going bro. It will pass. I am about to wright a big peace of getting sick well on steroids very soon. Will have to wait for the next to weeks but trust me it will pass and you will be fine.
 
thx guys, you're the best, I appreciate it. I'll keep plugging on. I just took some thera flu so hopefully i'll get a few hrs sleep :)
 
yes, please go to the gym and infect everyone else you selfish bastards. You think working out while sick will help you get better? Studies have shown that exercise only helps slightly boost immune response during the first onset of a cold and then again after you've gotten over it...but not during.

You think you'll have a good workout while you're sick as a dog? One you miss is one you can't make up? Shit. You'd do better to rest, get plenty of fluids, increase your vitamin c intake to about 8,000-10,000 mgs. spaced througout the day ~1000mgs every hour or two. You don't even know what you have yet. Could be flu, strep, simple rhinovirus. Call your doctor and ask him/her what you should do. Or listen to your body. If your body is feeling tired and weak, stay home. going to the gym would probably lead to injury anyway...unless you do pussy workouts.

Haha, thx for the laugh man. No, I'm not going to the gym, I know what you mean tho. People at the gym hacking and coughing pisses me off more than leaving their weights everywhere. I was really just wondering if I should continue w/ my cycle taking the d-bols daily and regular bi-weekly injections or put it on hold til i'm better.

Just got back from the doc's, says I have a nasty sinus infection and cold virus w/ slightly inflammed glands. He gave me a methylprednisone pack(not my kind of roids) and levaquin. Should be well enough to hit the gym by sunday and get back w/ the program.

Once again tho, thx all for the replies, I appreciate the advice!

that prednisone will have you feeling like superman in a day or two. I love that stuff! You'll probably be feeling like you can hit the gym then, but you may want to wait a couple more days.

As for the cycle, I would probably take the dbol down to 10mg/day in the AM, then hit it again when you start back up at the gym...but then again I don't do full dose of dbol on non w/o days anyway. As for the injectibles, may as well stick with your full dose because with the prednisone you'll be back in the gym in 3-4 days feeling stronger than ever. Be sure to keep your food and water intake up!
 
will do bro, thx! I was a bit worried about the prednisone interacting w/ everything but you've got me somewhat psyched about it now :)
