Advice on First Cycle

Okay, I think I have all the details you need to help me with planning a proper first cycle of injectables. ,
Age: 37
weight: 180lbs
height: 6 ft

beginner - no previous use.
8 years at the gym, the last 3 serious, in the last 6 months have had 4 months with a trainer and nutritionist. I don't eat enough veggies, cottage cheese is pretty tasty, I burn 2790 calories at rest, they had this device that measured co2 / breath rate ?? and that's what it came up with.
Diet
- protein 140 - 160 grams per day - (a lot of mixed messaing on how much protein is useful) one nutritionist said that not even top athletes need more than 150 grams a day, the rest is ed out or stored as fat. Another said to gain I should be eating about 180 grams.
Fat - 15 - 20 grams a day.
carbs 200 grams a day depends if I'm doing cardio that day or not.

I'm looking to gain about 20-25 pounds fairly lean, but I don't mind a bit of bulk in order to get started with the least amount of water retention. |I'd like to continue with cardio so I can work off extra fat and carbs and becaseu I like it. I cycle to work when the weather is good, 20 mins each way and start the day off with a quick 15 minute jog, 3-4 times a week.

I know the risks and that's why I'm here first before diving in. I want to do it right. I have a connection on the ready.

oh, two more questions - how long should the first cycle be? How long to wait for the second? Should I do a PTC?
 
I did my first cycle (also recommended first cycle) of 600mg of test e for 10 weeks and gained like almost 30lbs and kept 20 after pct. I ate about 350g protein and like 500carbs, also about 80-100 grams of fat.

you should always do pct. you might want to do a little more research.
time on = time off (including pct)
for a first cycle most do 10-12 weeks some shorter but I'd you plan on doing a test only cycle with a long ester test it will benefit you best to run it 10 weeks.

BTW, what is your planned cycle and you will probably want to eat more.
 
oh and use nolva for pct: 2 or 3 weeks after last inj taking it everyday or night, 60/40/20/20/10.

you may also want to use HCG on cycle 250iu e4d starting week 4 or 5.

doing all that cardio might make gaining 20-25 pounds difficult unless you eat even more.
I am not saying not to do cardio though so don't get me wrong you might just want to cut back. (obviously if you are trying to bulk)
 
You should definitely eat more protein about double what you're already eating. I would suggest a 12 week - 500mg of Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate, inject 2ice weekly (i.e. Monday and Thursday), Proviron will bring the bloating down 50mg Every Day should be fine, it will also help with the estrogen, above all take your fish oils seriously (cholesterol) as well as the multi-vitamins and BCAA's, if you can do creatine too, do it. Drink A LOT of water. If you want to kick start the cycle for the first 4 weeks in which you're not really going to feel the Testosterone, you could do 30mg of Dianabol split in 3 breakfast, lunch and dinner for the first 4 weeks, I wouldn't recommend going further than that on orals as they can screw with your liver values over time. Reason why you want to stick with one compound though, is so that you may know how the test and at the dosage you're doing works for ya as far as gains, water retention, sides in general, just to see how YOUR body reacts to it, test gives sides to some and none to others, like me!!. But I went ahead and did my first cycle with Dbol and wouldn't have it any other way, the pumps with Dbol are incredible, it feels like you're going to explode when you're way into your routine and approaching the heavier weight, it can bloat you though, the Proviron works like a charm for that. Other than that good luck, and don't be afraid to go up in weight, you'll be amazed how fast you go up. PEACE!!! PCT is very important buddy, get yourself into the PCT section in this website and learn what works for you best, but a word of advice, try to resort to other things other than just Nolva and Clomid, or at least use one of them in conjunction with a PCT, needtogetaas can help with that, he's king when it comes to that.

6 ft and 180, yeah you need more protein. I don't know what a "top athlete" is but everyone is different, your nutritionist should know not to lump eveyone into one group. Protein is gonna build muscle...

Test only for a 1st cycle seems to be treid and true. PCT should be something like:

Get your diet and training in check before you cycle. Your diet sucks, no offense. Drop your nutritionalist.

Based on your macros, you're getting 1800 calories a day. Need to count again. If that's true, you're diet needs work. If it's not true, you need to learn to count your calories and macros better.
 
You need to get a new nutritionist. He says you burn 2790 cals at rest, you are eating 1600cals per day. If this was true you would be losing over a pound a week.

Forget about steroids for now.
Start eating 400 grams protein and 500 carbs and that will put on more muscle then any steroid ever could with your current crap diet.
