Advice for starting out

eat whole food- i have no whey protein--eat purely seafood/chicken/beef/eggs

If u dedicate yourself to eating PROPERLY and lifting consistently-you'll def look differnt in a year.

dont worry about supps

Creatine/maybe caffienne/ whey/fish oil.

Don't do Starting strength. I like your routine and I agree with Evan's tweaks. BUT FIRST LEARN TO SQUAT/BENCH/PRESS/DEADLIFT PROPERLY!-Youtube!
