Adex? .5 mg - 1 mg

Someone said to me .5 mg adex is practically just as strong as 1 mg is, so no point in going any higher. Is that true for it killing bloat too??? My nips are starting to puff and im on .5 mg allready and id rather not be on nolva the entire cycle....

A-dex is good if simptoms appear.

If you're getting symptoms then use 1 mg arimidex and 20 mgs of Nolvadex a day.

750 mg of test i am takein..... and Just started too oh yea finasteride prob doesnt help the situation much..... Someone in another thread I made said 1 mg only reduces estro by 60 percent as to .5 reducing 50 ..... thats not much of a increase....

Look bro the more you take, the more estrogen will be suppressed. Do you think that guys taking 2 G's of test per week use the same amount of anti-e's that you do? No. They take upwards of 2-3 mgs of arimidex a day.

ill take liquidex .25 or .5 for maintance..if i get symptoms ill to 1-2mg untill they supside....i would do the same for yourself

get off the finasteride, i took dutasteride for 20 days and got puffy nips for the past 5-6 weeks...i already took adex n nolva, the adex will flatten ur chest out if it gets bloated...dunno bout the nips. dht helps alot against gyno cuz i know there is a prescript dht gel out there that is used for gyno patients. if ur concerned bout the hairloss, jus continue it after cycle...i dunno bout the halflife of finasteride but dutasteride is 5 friggin weeks. btw i think .5 is enough...i started getting back pains and increased heartbeat/anxiety durin the middle of night when i took .5 everyday

well I guess I thought they used something different ...............

I guess Ill bump it up to 1 mg ed and some nolva for a while im def. keepin the finasteride as I want my hair

.5mg is not the same as 1mg. If your already having problems up it to 1mg and hit the nolva. I'd do 20-40mg of the nolva.

I know I dont know why this person was saying it kills estro by only 10 percent more......
