The ones I have are 10 mg i usually take them two or three times a week . they seem to work well. you sure do get your shit done though they make you focus hard core.

I'm currently taking Ritalin 10mg 3x day. I hate the shit, it makes me feel like shit, I don't want to be around anyone, and I cannot eat anything while taking it. It used to help when I first started taking it but now it seems worse to take it than to just be normal. I went the Straterra route and that has some serious sexual side effects and I said fuck that. I think i'm going to try Adderal and if that doesn't work I'm just going to have to deal with it.

If you are taking it to focus on working out, make sure you drink a lot of extra water because it dryes me out so bad normally. I drink constantally on it and still always feel thirsty and dry.

I take Ritalin (methylphenidate) to cut, it works well (supresses appetite, extreme focus, stimulant for energy), but if you have an addictive personality or don't like the feeling of coming down after taking it for a prolonged period of time, don't touch it. Like was said, Adderal and Ritalin are like taking speed.

Yeah coming off that shit is hell. Don't fucking talk to me while I'm in this stage. Usually about 6pm every day. I take my last 10mg around 3ish.

It is not addictive, I am in the pharmaceutical business and sell a drug that is a form of ritalin. It has a short half life and is out in less than a day no problems with coming off of it

XR is a slow release i beleive. I wouldn't base cutting off of using Adderal of Ritalin though.
