Add to 5x5

When i did it i added weighted dips on Friday and that was it. It was specifically to add to the friday overload.

On monday its beat the logbook time on 5 reps so i wouldn't add anything that would take away from energy levels (unless you do it after you've beaten the logbook)

Wed is almost a mini recovery, i wouldn't add anything to this.

If you're progressing each week though go ahead and add. Just keep in mind that when your numbers start to stick a bit that you might want to drop the extra movements until you get back progressing again.
