acne question

I started my cycle in the middle of last january and it ended in april. Throughout the whole cycle I got maybe two pimples. I went through post cycle therapy still no acne on my body or face. Now all of a sudden within the last two weeks I started getting acne on my shoulders and back. I have not started another cycle yet due to finances. What is going on. My diet has not changed, Im not taking any different supplements other than a change in multi-vitamin. I have been showering twice a day and using anti bacterial soap to no avail.

That happens to me also while on a cycle no pimples but about 3-4 weeks while off i break out like hell...now its clearing up, but will start another cycle saturday, but this time i will get some accutane for when i come off.
