ACL surgery in 3 days... how long till i can SQUAT

Two weeks ago i have an unfortunate accident during a soccer game. I played at a very high level of soccer including playing professional for a year out of highschool, but now pursuing a life in bodybuilding. I was on the verge of my first competition in a few months called the Mike Fancois here in Ohio. Now this incident has obviously set me back, i understand, So my Question is how long before i can start squatting at least 135lbs again and training lower body cause this only upperbody stuff sucks, Dont know how the GUYS from JERSEY SHORE do it lol.

I would talk it over with your surgeon and see what he/she suggests.
 
Well I should think that first, as soon as you can you will be in rehab. Then toward the end of your rehab you can discuss with your therapist and get an answer from a trained professional. Thats how I would handle it.
 
That' something you're going to have to feel out. Get the green light from your doc, start slow, and take it from there. Good luck.

Yes of course do that first! But as long as you take it slow to begin with body weight and arnt tryin to bang out one rep max's you should be g2g sooner rather then later
 
Just go slow rehab right last thing you want is major set back cause you wanna squats lots of other things you can do for legs to build strength back in legs and protect the knee
