Two weeks ago i have an unfortunate accident during a soccer game. I played at a very high level of soccer including playing professional for a year out of highschool, but now pursuing a life in bodybuilding. I was on the verge of my first competition in a few months called the Mike Fancois here in Ohio. Now this incident has obviously set me back, i understand, So my Question is how long before i can start squatting at least 135lbs again and training lower body cause this only upperbody stuff sucks, Dont know how the GUYS from JERSEY SHORE do it lol.
