about to start cyp and deca whats the best whey to cycle have 10 weeks of both!!!!!!!

hey i need advice on how to cycle deca and cyp for the best results possible let me no please!!!!!!!!!!

How much gear do you have? No need to taper, just run equal dose each week for 10 weeks minimum.

weeks 1-10 (or 12)-Deca 400 mgs/week
weeks 1-10 (or 12)-cyp at least 500-600 mgs/week taken in bi-weekly shots.

We need a little more info, specifically is this your first, second, ect, ect, cycle. Any stats are helpful..? For me personally I usually go with 800 - 1000mg cyp pw, and 600mg Deca pw.

1Banshee, 600 mgs/week of deca is what I use too, but it's probably too much for someone
whos nevere done it before.

Stick with 400mgs/week your first time around. Also, use clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.

If you have 10 weeks of both, then I think you answered your own question.
Depending on what you have, I would do :

600 mgs cyp per week
400 mgs deca per week

is this a good second cycle ( 6"2' 205, 9% bf) ? i gained 20 lbs off 500mg of ttokkyo sust on the first one, and i couldnt stand sust flu/pain. any ideas? thanks.
