I just got to go through the thread and read all the comments.
A few things…
First off, I want you all to know that I insisted to be on the forum here for you guys to have another channel off communication with us and to get all the support you deserve. We respect EF and the members, as well as our customers. You can chat & call 24/7 or post here and I will check in daily to reply. Just an extra something for you guys
I saw a few negative comments about our Customer Support…It is NOT outsourced…Our Customer Support is ours. I personally hired the agents and team leaders, they are trained by our management staff (North American) and they are getting better and better. Obviously cost is an issue and like most large corporations, Asia, India, is the best option, I am sure you all understand.
I also saw the comments on delivery time…There has been a period between February & March where shipping was delayed greatly due to some law changes in the countries where we ship from. We were able to circumvent that and now shipping time is much more acceptable. We are also opening a new shipping point in North America which will guarantee a much faster delivery time (7-10 business days).
Within 2 weeks we will also offer an Express shipping option with online tracking which will also be faster.
