about how long does it take you to do an omega project workout?

i always get done with legs a lil faster than back and chest, but generally i finish all of them a little under an hour and a half. but this was before the changes.

today for legs, with the new changes implimented (the warmup to 15 gone) i got out in exactly an hour. maybe an hour and 5 mins.

what about you guys?
 
Usually just under an hour and half for me bro, depends on how much cardio I do.

warmup to 15?? what I thought it was 20, I'm almost posotive it's 20. ;p

20-12 (to almost failure) 8 (to almost failure) then drop 25% to failure is what I thought it was, but maybe you're like phase two now or something. I'm still a phase oner!

look at the sticky at the top!

its a set to 20, then 12, then 8 (or 12 again for legs) then the drop 25$.

im not doing cardio on my leg days, only on back and chest day, it normally takes me just under an hour and a half, but this is the first day i did it with the new changes and it ended up a lil short

i meant the warmup change got RID of the 15
 
Oh ya right right, and put the 12 in instead and no 10 either anymore.

I didn't mind the old routine at all, in the very early stages it was 25-15-10-7-fail that was intense!
 
Not including cardio, it takes me approx 50 minutes on the new 4 set program. some days I have to do cardio separate later that day, because I workout in morning before work so I don't have an hour and half

Actually 20, 12, 8, and drop 20% ;)

But what did you mean "or 12 again for legs." I thought the same rep scheme above applies on leg day, except for calf raises.

Oh, I just noticed something when I checked:

Well, what if 20% weight reduction does not make me able to complete 10 reps on my 4th set?

Fewer exercises? But, if you add in the ab portion workouts it's about comparable, if not more, to a typical leg day lol.

takes me 1 hour 20 mins for back rest i do less than an our.
