i always get done with legs a lil faster than back and chest, but generally i finish all of them a little under an hour and a half. but this was before the changes.
today for legs, with the new changes implimented (the warmup to 15 gone) i got out in exactly an hour. maybe an hour and 5 mins.
what about you guys?
