i think this has been posted before but i cannot find it...


i did abs today, and i hadnt really done abs seriously at all untill last week, and then i did them today again, and i noticed its making me look bloated...

i admit i have some fat on there, so maybe thats it, but it seems like it forces mys tomach out alot more than it used to when im relaxed..

could this be the pump just causing the abs to push my fat out more or do i need to do something?

Instead of just leaning forward you have to tighten the abdominal area when doing abs. Ya' you'll see some fat that but don't worry, just make sure you tighten your abs and you'll feel it in there.
 
sorry i didnt specify...i meant after my workout, like walking around now...i feel it great and everything, but postworkout it makes me look bloated







also, for biceps, someone told me that starting with your high weight and going down works good, but ive never heard of that before...does that work (i tried it today and i liked it but i mean work for gains) or should i stick starting low and going high.
 
Perhaps its just after doing abs you'll feel that because after doing those you'll feel the tension in the abdominal area but soon it will go down.

As for the biceps, specify what you mean...
 
for instance...

today i did an amazing weight(ha) of dumbell curls 30x12 25x12 20x12

does it matter if i do it like that, will i get good results?

or should i stick with 20x12, 25x12, 30x 12
