As JA has said it seems you are a young man who is yet to have children. When you are made aware that you are going to be a Father then the thought of it not being yours is not in question ESPECIALLY when it is your second and with your wife as JA has sated. I have two fit and healthy daughters both conceived when on heavy cycles. Both are ths pitting image of me (poor girls) and so why in the name of god should JA get a paternity test?

Not to rain on your parade, but life has taught me to be a bit paranoid. I myself would get one of those paternity tests online when the baby is born. They don't even need a sample from the mom. Just a cotton swab on the babies cheek and your cheek and in 5 days the lab says you have a 99.999% chance of being the dad or you 100% definately are not the dad. One online lab is about $180. I did it myself on one child after someone casually commented "Wow. She sure doesn't look like you". In the process of doing the recent genome project one interesting finding was that about 1 out of 8 children are not the product of the man everyone thought was their father. Another statistic is something like 1 out of all 6 women who are pregnant were carrying at least 2 mans sperm at the time they concieved.

Sorry to sound so paranoid. And you might not care if it is yours or not - you may love your woman enough and the baby enough, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Congrats JA.......I just visited a friend last night at the hospital and held their baby. Man it was a weird but happy feeling holding a new-born baby. Can't wait till I have my 1st! Cherish the moment bro.!
