For the record I just want everyone to know that the names tossed in for mod are still going to be modded up. It just takes time to get things done when only techs can do it,. Elite is much more complicated then any other VB site .. Way way more to this place then that lol.. When I say it will be done though it will be done. Thanks

one more piece of advice for the new mods coming in besides what has been said about staying out of C&C bullshit. as tempting as it is to ride a high horse, don't push members around and bully. when i was new on the site a couple mods did that to me and it just ain't right to do, no matter how much you think your way is right.... its one thing if they bash the site or sponsors or they are disrespectful and have attitude.. its another if they just have an opinion on something you disagree with. the elite mods and especially needto won't hesitate to yell at you if you act like that lol..

Yeah I don't see that being tolerated here. We are here to help the board. Help the members and give the best advice we can to people. There is no place here for people who think they have the right to push others around or disrespect members as long as the member is not disrespecting them. I signed up to serve. Not for some ego maniac trip that I am somehow better than everybody.

Read and totally understood Steve...treat others as you want to be treated is a good rule of thumb to live by, also being firm but fair when it comes to discipline, so if I'm off base here let me know, but will not have a problem laying hammer down as well when appropriate...like the one kid this morning with his HUGE first cycle he is going to do no matter what anyone said lol.
