a true story of a year as a newby/ read

I'm not even going to address the original thread, but reading it did raise a question. Is two times your body weight really that hard? I've lifted for ten years off-and-on, and I can do it, but I don't look like I can.

That's the reason I got into bodybuilding. I got tired of people using me as an example of a small guy. Shit, I'm still small, but at 5'9" 192 lb., I've still got a 30" waist. I've had TONS of people call bullshit and come with me to the gym to watch. And I'll admit it, I'm kind of a show-boat and love to see the look on their faces when I get pumped up. I bet a lot more people can lift twice their weight, they just have the maturity to keep it to themselves. (Unlike me, LOL).

These are quotes from donkey kOng back in December 2001. I don't normally flame anyone but this guy lies his ass off and had the nerve to call me a retard a couple months back. I've been waiting to bust his ass again!

I think this is a great example of a guy who ignored all the basic rules of AS usage.

1. he should have been lifting for at least 3 years befor he started to juice.
2. he should have started with a shorter cycle and investigated it completely first.
3. he should have have had all his gear befor he started, meaning, he should not have even begun until he had the anti-e's.

This is also a great example of the faster it goes on the faster it comes off. To think, if he had remained "natural"all year, he would have weighed 174lbs in November anyway. What a waste of gear and money.

Anyway, not a flame, just my opinion.

I do not think not having anti _e's was a mistake. as much as a 16 week test cycle. Back in the day I NEVER used clomid or nolva and I kept most of my gains because I did shorter low dose cycles with a clean diet and I stayed lean.
