was that question to me, I kind of said that in my first post.

plus my normal assortment of ala, cranberry extract, vitamins
Juice no problem, I think re-enforcement is important if something works that is all. and now that the search function is platinum I thought another thread might be informative to people that had not read it. and I believe that every topic has been discussed in length much more than this relatively new topic. I mean how much new can be said about test.
