I have a small question. I eat whey protein bar instead of whey shakes after workout, well they are more expensive but convenient. I eat EAS Myoplex deluxe whey protein bar because its good. Contains L-glutamine, zinc and magnesium and whey isolate.
My question is that it also contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil( cottonseed and soybean) and soy lechitin. Will it have any estrogen side effects if I eat it like 7 bars per week?
