1/2 a pack of spaghetti
1 chicken breast
1 crown of broccoli
1 'largish' bowl of corn

It's 10:30pm now and I'm gonna have some milk and another banana, if you cant tell I like banans.

May I recommend test, dbol, and maybe some deca??? That and about 5,000 calories per day.

I used to have a build like you. Put 35 pounds on with your lean ass self... pussy will approach you from the moment you walk into a joint... and leave with you when you tell her to.

The difference of lifestyles is fucking incredible.

But... if you've never used steroids... I wouldn't want to put you under the gun... that's all on you.

Either way you have to eat A LOT more. Also, are you using any high calorie/protein shakes???

It is fun.

That's why my ass turned into a pin cushion again last Tuesday.

I don't think the size is as important as the solid, lean mass you carry.

Like Zirak for example, since we all know what he looks like... add 20 pounds of solid muscle to his foundation without adding a lot of bodyfat... motherfucker will start pulling in ass like it's wicked free.

Now, if he gains 20 pounds and looks like a fat turd... he'll be like Warik, and not like going to clubs because he can't 'see the point.'

Well, there's a point to going to a club alright. And it's to get pussy. And fortunately, I passed the 130 pound barrier 2 years ago, and found a different, much more fun life.

Last summer I weighed 165 at 5'7, about 9% bodyfat. It's a weird feeling to have girls approach you after years of rejection and being a wall flower.

And that my niggas, is why juicing is addicting.

I'm just settlin' in on this one... strapping on my seatbelt... waiting to get on one helluva ride.

Gonna blast 170 with 8% bodyfat.
