Have you ever had a friend that would'nt listen, no matter how much you preached to them? Well I have a couple. Lastnite my friend and training partner passed out from drinking (with zanex, most likely), and did not wake up. He was finishing up a winstrol and deca cycle, which obviously did'nt contribute to his death. He would drink & take zanies evey weekend! Last monday on the drive home from the gym I told him that he was killing his cycle and he needed to choose between being a crack head or a juice head. I had no idea he would be gone today! All this pub. on ephedra and Anabolics is really annoying! What about the real problem-ALCOHOL and Tobbaco! Not to mention Perscription Drugs! It is all about moderation!! Why dont people listen! Just remember fellas when making decisions on what to take and how much, remember there are people who love you (friends & family), so be safe and do it in moderation! I have to go burry my friend now!

i feel your pain a friend of mine passed away almost 4yrs ago when he had a keg party at his house, they were all taking xanex and drinking mass amounts of beer/liquor...he never woke up the next morning

Just had friend come by who i hadn't seen in at least a year and he tells me he's been away for so long due to substance abuse. Alcohol and pills. Long story short he ended up in the hospital after he drank a water bottle filled with like 10 percs. This is after he said he couldn't feel 5 so he had to up the dose. Well he here is after 1 year and almost 20 pounds lighter. I thanked god this past friday (casue he was alive) when he told me the story and will try to pursuade ppl not to mess with those things after what he told me. Sry for ur lose bro as i almost experienced the same thing but thx god i didn't... sad story indeed

Sad to hear. People just seem to think it won't happen to them, but it can and perhaps will. Life is a gift, and you may do with it what you want, but have respect for those who love you even if you have none for yourslef. May your freind R.I.P.
