Oh I pr'd reps for front squats last Thursday :)

+ 2 from previous (single to a triple :elephant: )

When I hit 5-6 I will bump the weight. :D

Been feeling crappy again so took a few days off (5), this morning was YPT ... I am still amazed at my imbalances & workout I get from slight variations, NO weight, working from inside out ... Kicks my ass too! :evil:

I think they were a BIG C for about a year and now they are a small c. She took a victoria secret catalogue w/ her to surgery, pointed to Heidi Klum and said I want them to look like that. They were under the muscle and her recovery was very easy. Her coment on recovery is if you have given birth the pain is not that bad. She is deff on the tougher side. SHe was driving the next day and doing pilates in a week if I remember correctly.

So did you get them???

Nice job on the squats. so that is 135x3 then? Nice!

Hey!! it's STILL a rep PR!!!! adding one rep a week adds up :D I say get to 8 reps compfortably (aka...have more reps in the tank) then add weight :coffee:

hehe :evil: :D Full cleans and PP, huh?!

How'd you do with the clean form? Form deteriorates for ALOT of people after a few quick reps.. many sets of low reps? :verygood:
