I am still taking weekly progress pics as I seem to be getting leaner, but my weight isnt dropping much, so this helps to keep track of progress. I took some this morning so I thought I would post a few
Still holding a ton of water, I am running 1000mg of test still(with femara but looks like there is still water), my back especially looks like a sponge

thanks guys...funny thing is I didnt start dieting all that long ago, but I just want this thing over with now....lol

innocent, I wasnt planning on competing again, but I maintained low bf all summer, so decided to hit this show up, its in the city I live in, so I figured I would take 2 months and see if I could peak better this time

keep us posted with progress pics

you certainly have kept your mass

its obvious that you know how your body reacts to all the compounds so i'm sure you will shed that H2o

best of luck in your contest

Lookin' fierce bro. Slap on a sweat belt and good morning all morning-- you'll lose that little bit of water in your back.

thanks
Nelson, I have my water manipulation plan using aldactone that worked great last time, but I wanted to work the water a little harder...dont know if you or anyone else knows about this....but I was gonna hit the sauna on the fri morning, but was told it can cause impurities to come to the surface of the skin, something to do with the heat I heard...but was told I can wrap in something, ie garbage bags, and sweat some water out that way...
anyone know anything about all this?

Can I just have 4 of your 24 abs?

And lol@the son in spiderman outfit :o

You look awesome man.

You could try a sauna suite. basically a skin tight suite that won't let your skin breath and will sweat alot but it will smell like total shit after.

it's an old technique used to "make weight"

oh you'll sweat some water out alright! ...and very quickly at that (almost too quickly) ...but be very careful with this technique as it can be very dangerous ...watch your electrolyte levels (matter of fact, take some pedialyte with you, just in case) ...take your potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium supps that day
...try to be very aware of your orientation

good luck, you look great!

Yeah, sweat belts, sauana suits, garbage bags, it's all the same. It forces you to sweat because the pores can't open. Rubbing some vasaline on will help as well. As for the imputities, if anything, it'll get impurities out. A steam room is better than a suana because the dry heat isn't really great for the skin. You can use an herbal diuretic to move things along but be careful with accutane/potassium/ sauna all at the same time. That can cause a strain on the heart. Good luck bro. Lookin' great.

Yea bro I know what you are talking about... the sauna suit and wrap technique you are looking for is NOT done in a "wet" or "dry" sauna, its done in a Far Infared Sauna with topicals and compression wraps. I am a huge fan of the Far Infared Sauna, do some home work you will be floored! I own a unit myself 3 person 16 heaters bose system worth every penny I paid. These units work a lot different than other saunas and can truely target areas that hold water by the use of compression wraps.

You look great bro.

Hope the info helped.

Squat to you teabag the floor.

You're in great shape mang...in the first pic I see an 8 pack! that's nice! If I had to criticize something would be shoulders....but that is being too picky. I'd be more than happy to reach your physique brother. congrats!!

more good advise and clarity.

We would do that in Pop Warner Football ( west coast)
and For wrstling in highschool to make a desired weight class
it works awesome you can drop like 7-9 pounds of whatever in a day
i had a friend come back from d1 wrestling practice weighted in at 172 before came back later on weight at 167 so they are very good at manipulating water weight might want to talk to some College wrestlers or coaches.

depending on my condition fri morning, I may try to sweat a little extra out....last time the aldactone was enough, but this time I need to come in dry and shredded to a point beyond insane to be able to win

big thing is you have to drop all the water, but avoid going flat, can be a tough balance

Yes, when a fighter makes weight he doesnt care how he "looks."
we (fighters) also do "salt water flush" which clears your stomach top to bottom :)

anyway you're looking sick you bastid--- almost worth the drive down the QEW-->403 to see what's up. when is the show date?

show date is sept 29, great competition, you should see this short bastard that will likely end up in the middle weights....
great video, glad I'm not facing that beast...jk, I have seen guys way way worse

goku_kakarot77, I am doing cardio, but it changes every week as I work 7 days on, 7 off. During my "on" week, I have 2 hours at the gym as thats how long I get the day care for, so maybe have time for 30-35 minutes a day. During my "off" week, I go in and weight train and do cardio twice a day, around 30 minutes each time.
Getting ready for that last show my trainer had me training twice a day with two 45 minute cardio sessions...that was rough
