Yep. He posts once every two weeks, comes in and moves threads all over the place, locks good older threads, and drops a banning here and there. Great person to represent the company/ site. :rolleyes:

I was once a mod and all the fugging bullshit that admin has to go through on an HOURLY basis is maddening. None of them gets paid, but they get all of the headaches.

Now I am not defending anyone. All I am saying is that for as hyuge as this site is and all the freaking bullshit drama that goes on day and day out - nevermind the serious issues of running a site, but a STEROID forum at that, every time someone gets their ass whooped for stepping out of line there are like 50 threads DEMANDING to know what went on.

I trust admin's judgment. If they banned my ass then I would be gone and that would be the end of that. Hell, it is EF - they didn't take his kid away.

I think ya'll need to chill out and leave admin alone.

If ya'll are so freaking outraged, compose an intelligent email and circulate it amongst yourselves - then present it to them.

Digger/BRR and 99% of the mods are fair and don't just make "snap" decisions with no good reason. At least this has been my experience.

I have yet to have any issue with ANYONE that got banned from EF, so why anyone else gives a rat's ass about why someone who is NOT THEM GETS THEMSELVES BANNED is beyond me.

I am basing my opinion on personal experience, as a former elite moderator and from my personal experience with administration.... Ummmm, isn't that sort of "intelligent" instead of spewing forth shit that "I read somewhere on the internet"?

In case you weren't here back in the day, it WAS very serious being a moderator as part of our job was to protect the site and the members as well from spammers/scammers and those that would give false/harmfull information.

Now, it isn't like that so much.

So what is your point exactly?

My point is I just felt like pointing out the obvious when it comes to. I have been around here for awhile and been through the Satch and Radar days so don't pull that high and mighty shit with me. Don't act like you were the protector of the free world on a god damn internet forum. If people are stupid enough to talk about illegal activities then screw em.

biteme has been around long enough to know not to make alters. and certainly not to make them with the only point being to incite trouble.
if he wants to pretend that he didn't know- we can certainly pretend to not know which account he wanted to keep and which one he wanted us to waste our time getting rid of.

Honestly, is there any way we can judge, beyond any reasonable doubt, that he was indeed making an alter?

Doesn't he live with or spend lots of time with his GF? I checked her out on her first post and saw it was the same computer, but her first couple posts didn't seem like any real sort of flame... at least not an interesting one, lol.

Then again, I won't pretend to know the whole story here, either.

Wrong... I am waaaaaaaaaaay different in that I was here to protect people and had my ass hung out to dry like nobody's business because I didnt accept any preferential treatment. How many other board members would have put up with being called a dirty old cage dancing whore on a fucking regular basis just because some internet dumbass felt like he had "the right to say it"?

I mean, if it weren't for all of the mods babysitting the freaking crib that elitefitness has been so often then this site would have gone the way of 99.9% of the other EF wannabee sites that have long vanished into the abyss, only a bad memory for some - if at all. I have to shake my head and chuckle at the absolute stupidity and chaos that was responsible for the infamy of so many sites. :rolleyes:

I for one am VERY appreciative for the hard work that all of the GOOD MODS and EXCELLENT ADMIN has done to allow me access to invaluable information and protection from spammers/scammers, etc. And though mistakes are made sometimes, they have for the most part kept this site enjoyable for me to keep returning for so many years, even through all of the crap that was hurled. They run a tight ship (AGAIN, FINALLY) and if anyone doesn't like the rules, they are always free to leave. I wonder why, though, those that blatanly continue to break the rules are the ones that just refuse to JUST GO and STAY GONE?

So let's sum up folks to let this be a lesson to certain overzealous mods. I was put on a timeout by a moderator who assumed that I made an alter. When in fact, I did not make an alter. So... it was a bad judgement call, and said moderator should have contacted me prior to his hasty actions and erroneous judgement. Also my personal life was potentially exposed by Pintoca which is an inexcusable action. I think Pintoca should be put on a timeout.
