Very FUCKING strong!! Reading these lifts FUELS my FUCKING fire!! Bench day is tommorrow (thursday) and its 2am at the moment as I prepare myself for the assault at 6pm. Ive been off the M1T for atleast a week, but I expect some PR's tommorrow!! Im very FUCKING psyched at the moment!! Ill get to sleep in the late AMs most likely, as usual, as I eat and hydrate on gatorade and some No-Xplode,milk and Ill get in some vitamins perhaps. Still got some string cheese and other foods to consume. Ill likely start training to failure after my first 2 warm-up sets. A free-for-all assault!! 275x16-17 will be the first goal, then 315x8-9 and on and on, then Ill attempt 380-385 most likely. Unless I switch my focus to the 5X5, but very unlikely at the moment. Love my original routine. Keep on KILLING on brother!! FUCK THAT SHIT UP!!!!
