I thought I might as well post my meals for the day even tho. it doesn't follow anything any of you are doing.. so please don't comment on my diet.. thanks.. sorry don't mean to sound rude but I already know it needs work.

M1 4:30am: banana
M2 8am: blueberries; DC cottage cheese; flax oil
M3 10:30: 1 apple and prolly 1.5oz almonds
M4 1:00pm: 1 apple and 1-1.5oz almonds
----Jog----
M5 4:45pm: Protein shake: 30-35g whey; soymilk; cranberries; mango/peach froz. and a banana
M6... Lentil soup

Weight AFTER cardio: 197lbs

CARDIO DAY

Jogged on Road for 19mins and 50seconds. Decided to go further this time. It took me longer to get there than to get back.
*NOTE: 10mins.. just about to guys driveway past the hills*

Celexa Update: Headache; hunger and sleepy.

M1 4am: banana; oz of chicken; blueberries
M2 7am: cottage cheese blueberries and flax oil
M3 10am: chicken; zucchini and avocado
M4 1pm: apple and almonds (1.5oz?)
----Cardio-----
M5 5:45pm: Protein shake

Also had 2 tim hortons coffee's and 1 cup green tea.

LOL...I actually get up at 3am... I don't mind it.. It's the going to bed at 11:30pm thing that kills me..lol

Well I'll be loading up.. by hand 1000 bales of hay today!! Going to be a good work-out. I don't know why but it gets me sooo pumped when I load hay. Half way through everyone is usually just dragging their heel and I just get higher and higher!! I think I should be working on a farm or something!!
75-80lbs bales. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!
