Had an AMAZING vacation... well worth EVERY single unorthodox BB meal ... may have some pizza tonight to finish it off and then get back on track, ditch all the water i've acculated and get back in the gym

eh, i haven't made progress like before in a while, gimme a month at least damnit... i've been injured lol...seriously though... haven't been able to train legs in a WHILE gotta figure somehting out for that but my lower back is pretty much good to go all around now i think.
