lol. I got fucked on that karma deal. Oh well I dont give a fuck. Sarge good job....now only if we could get some decent pics we would be all set :) . The comp is still on. You get the grips yet?.... gettin real close to my 250. Wouldnt it be great if we could all meet up in a gym one day and lift......

Grips not in yet... I'm hoping monday or tuesday I guess. I didn't get express shipping or anything, so they're taking their sweet ass time, lol.

Had a pretty sick Bi workout last night...

alternating dumbell curls supersetted with OLY bar curls up to 105lb x 5 ... then did some hammer curls.

8 sets I believe.

Legs and or tris today... not sure yet, just ate some grilled salmon and a sweet 'tato... gotta go back out and do some more errands!!

Just finished up my Back and Tri workout.

Went very well.

DB 90* rows: 70's, 80's, 90's, 105's for 5 as last set.

Bent over BB row (Strict): 85, 95, 115, 145, 165x4

Low cable pull 3 sets

BB Shrugs: 225, 315, 365x5

DB Shrugs: 80's, 95's, 100's

Lat Pull Down (1st time I've done these in a looooong ass time... not a fav. just mixing things up... because back is not priority) 3 sets.

Triceps.

Cable press downs 3 sets with "V" bar (lightish)
^^ again with rope for 3 sets heavier holding contraction at the bottom and pushing out.

DB overhead presses... and then the gym closed, lol... had to go.

I'll throw in a few sets tomorrow or the next to hit triceps a little more.


Intake:

Clean as HELL.... not going out tonight, eating good foods and getting things done, starting a few personal projects :D

I'm noticing a difference already... I'm not going out for a few weekends at LEAST, this is too good.

Weekends deffinetly took me a few steps back into the week metabolism wise before.

Oxycalm really that good eh? Its proboly just super glue :) I think not partying hard on the weekends takes WAY more then some people realize. I couldnt and still think its hard to believe. Its nice not waking up at 3pm all hung over the next day and being able to get things done.
 
Yeah it's pretty sweet bro...

I'm kinda "high strung" at times from work and other things in my life... I relate Oxycalm (only uhhh...2 days using it) to smoking a blunt or fat joint minus the munchies effect ( not that I've smoked marijuana :verygood: ).

Give it a shot if you're placing an order with AF it's just under 20 bucks now I think.

Yes, partying even a little bit (as I did) takes ALOT away from a clean diet M-Friday.

Diet this weekend. Not much food. But I get my protien and make an effort to eat clean. Meatballs/speg....high in carbs but it was good before workout. Lotta water and protien. You never have slept until 3!? Then you never partyed hard enough. :) But that would be a good thing...dont wanna end up like me. Oxycalm cant be that strong....if it is...shit ill never smoked weed again. Not that I have....in the last 2 years.....damn....i miss it. HAHAHA. Hope bunny dont read it....Ill end up getting an old thread that rips smoking pot to shit and how i am going to die...oh well she means good. Did dlets today....Killed it. I love when I can get sore doing delts(rare) Im doing almost all power exercises with delts because I want massive shoulders. I am taking legs off this week do to some wierd pain I am having on the inside of my right knee caps....kinda hurts for some reason.
 
damn, pain inside ur knee cap... get that checked out by the school doc or something (free checkup?).

lol @ the weed .... yeah, oxycalm is "similar" don't expect if you try it for the oxy to put u on ur ass though, it's "calming."

lol... ok... never is a concrete word... yeah, i've slept in that late before in my old dorm boozing days.

Good shit on keepin' the diet pretty tight broski... my H20 isn't as good as it is during the week while i'm sitting at my desk, but it's "ok."
 
Its hard for me to drink that much water during the week because of school. People wonder what the fuck your problem is when you have to get up to take a piss every 45 min and interupt class. OH well. At work it just means more breaks.... :)

Ill bong a whole bottle of oxycal.....maybe it would feel like oxycotin...shit is crazy.

... OXY, is NOT meant to knock you on your @$$ & shouldn't be expected. I relate completely to Sarge's take on oxy ... similar effects 1st week, if not exact. If you want more details go to the AAS board & look for the oxy thread for more details.
