Just finished up my Back and Tri workout.
Went very well.
DB 90* rows: 70's, 80's, 90's, 105's for 5 as last set.
Bent over BB row (Strict): 85, 95, 115, 145, 165x4
Low cable pull 3 sets
BB Shrugs: 225, 315, 365x5
DB Shrugs: 80's, 95's, 100's
Lat Pull Down (1st time I've done these in a looooong ass time... not a fav. just mixing things up... because back is not priority) 3 sets.
Triceps.
Cable press downs 3 sets with "V" bar (lightish)
^^ again with rope for 3 sets heavier holding contraction at the bottom and pushing out.
DB overhead presses... and then the gym closed, lol... had to go.
I'll throw in a few sets tomorrow or the next to hit triceps a little more.
Intake:
Clean as HELL.... not going out tonight, eating good foods and getting things done, starting a few personal projects
I'm noticing a difference already... I'm not going out for a few weekends at LEAST, this is too good.
Weekends deffinetly took me a few steps back into the week metabolism wise before.
