Although I am not a doctor or anyone credible to say 1 year is long or not, I do know that you won't be saying "I'd rather live it to the fullest, than live it to the safest" if you are pissing blood by 40 and live on half a liver.

Living a safe life is living it to the fullest. This isn't about death, it is about the torture you will go through if your kidneys, liver, heart, or prostate start to fail.

Death is the easy way out.

Cycle your drugs, keep doses low(less than 2g /wk), get blood work done every couple months, test at 500mg /wk year around is something most people enjoy!
