6'7" 190 LBS, Skinny, Can not gain weight, Please Help!

Another question, what about calories from sugar soda? And what effect will being a smoker have on this whole situation? I have recently quit smoking about three weeks ago!!!!! Can you guys give me some ideas for this high calories diet? I have ideas on how to eat alot of calories but do not know if they are the correct kind to eat.

If you guys could post some good high calories diets that would be great!

Well cals from sugar soda are not a good idea. The only time you should comnsume simple carbs is post workout. Here is an example of my bulking diet. Keep in mind, everyone is diffrent but this is what works for me
Meal 1:
2 scoops Whey in water
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 Banana

Meal 2:
1-2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups brown rice
Stir fry vegtables

Meal3:
1-12+oz steak
1 1/2 cups brown rice or 2 baked potatoes
Apple

Meal 4:
6 whole eggs
Cashews or un-salted peanuts

Workout

Postworkout:
3 scoops whey mixed with OJ and several kinds of frozen fruits and plain yogurt

Meal5:
Whole wheat pasta in meat sauce or 1 1/2 cups brown rice
1-2 chicken breasts or 12+oz steak
Stir fried vegtables leftover from earlier

Before bed:
6 whole eggs or 2 cans tuna (very rare as I hate sea food) or 2 scoops slow digesting protein in water.
Cashews or un-salted peanuts
The measurements for the Brown rice and Oatmeal are taken prior to cooking. It will change here and there as I can't stand eating the same things over and over but it's similar to that.

Drink a glass of milk with every meal.Add some carbs to all your meals.In your case I would say to eat whatever you get your hands on and not to worry about the fats.Don"t be afraid to eat ice cream,pizza, hamburgers.

When you eat like that you will run the risk of puting on way to much body fat. If you eat that in moderation then okay but don't make it part of your daily diet.

That"s what I meant,should have explained it better.Not to eat like a cutter diet,but to enjoy a cheat meal because it won"t hurt him.
 
on top of the 5000 + cals/day (which means you should be eating every 2hrs from morning till bed)
Ihulk also recommends 500mg/week of Test (either SUS or Test-enth). Assuming you've never ran a cycle before just stick with test and see how you feel. At your weight/height ratio you have tremendous gains in front of you.

The test should give you more food cravings, increase your strength and help build some foundation. The weight will come eventually.

Don't you think he should build a bit of a base first before touching AAS ?

WOW guys, I can not believe all the support I am receiveing from everyone. Thanks so much. Keeping sending your ideas to me because I am learning alot from this. I never knew there were so many helpful people out there that want to see others succeed! Once again keep sending your ideas to me and Peace Out!

i agree with mustang on not starting AAS yet...
...if he starts eating right.. the gains will probably be similar to if he uses AAS with the new diet or not... you can only put on so much weight so fast... and changing up a diet that much... he will probably grow about as fast as physicaly possible for himself... \
i would wait until on the diet for at least 6 months... if you keep gaining... no need for AAS... if you start to plateau... then it may be time...
