I thought about a few more questioins thoughout the past 12 hours.
I understand I need to eat EVERYTHING but how many eggs is to many?
And I understand that inorder to gain mass i have to eat alot but being smalled boned, i mean small boned, my wrists are smaller than the average female and way smaller than any guys, will thoses fill in with the new diet or how can i improve that because that is the most embarrising thing right now!
also... eggs are great... keep eating them... but you need to prioratize (sp?) meat... beef and fish are definately the best...
as far as eggs go... i dont eat all my eggs in one meal... i usualy eat 4 for breakfast (along with other food of cousre)... and i take in one shake a day with raw egg whites... usualy 3 or 4...
