Weighed in today at a hospital scale at 195. I can see all my abs right now, i have until July 4th to get ripped.

Im currently doing a liquidex, ECA, Yohimbe, and Clen.

I want add keep muscle and burn fat.




Friday, May 3rd.

Did cardio for 20 minutes today. Not hitting the gym, taking a much needed four day break. Cant wait to get back monday.

Day 62....im counting down.

Woke up and took three xenadrines. Went to the gym a did high intensity cardio. Ran 1.65 miles in 11 minutes. It was hard not to go and do abs or touch a weigh. Two more days left in my four day break from the gym.
 
Day 61

Took Three xenadrines and played tennis for cardio, it was so fucking hot out there.....................
 
Day 60

Got back in the gym today after four days off. Felt great. Yesterday I carbed up with some peanut butter and a good healthy dinner. Felt great when i woke up like i was recharged. I didnt do any cadio today since i did some yesterday which make six days of straight cardio.
 
Day 59

Im not going to do any weights tonight, just some cardio, calves, and forearms. I was scheduled for shoulders, but i want to hit them very hard in the morning, i can concentrate better in the mornings, hard to do weights after school all day.

On Tues and Thurs I eat more than other days because of school and im so tired. When school gets out it will be A LOT easer, cant wait till next thursday.

Weight isnt dropping but i can see just about every ab. Im loving it, even though my weight flucuates.
 
Day 59

Did cardio tonight ran about two miles and didn't even feel shit maybe ill change it up. Instead of high intenisty I might do longer 30 minute sessions that have spikes of high intensity.....Im gonna start that when school gets out next thursday. Tommowow I will weigh in.
 
Day 58

Starting to see the results of the EQ even though i discontinued it over 3 weeks ago. I have about six veins in my calves. I worked shoulders, traps, and hams today. At the top of spine around my neck i have a pinch nerved from doing shoulder presses last week. Its not injured just bruised or a nerve is being pinched, takes a while for a pinched nerve to be corrected. I weighed in at 191 on the bathroom scale, they had the fucking calibrated scale locked in hatchs office, cocksuckers. I might chill on the cardio once school gets out. I can see all my abs.
 
Day 57

Ate a little too much today. Worked out back and had a good workout. Ill start killing it again tommorow.
 
Day 56

Did Markus Ruhls Squat routine today and almost fucking died. I also ran a mile and did about ten windsprints. Diet is good and im back on track. Im gonna eat more than usual today since i need to repair those legs............ill cut it down hard saturday.

I need to weigh in.
 
Day 55

Woke and did 25 minutes of cardio and abs. Legs were hurting from the brutal quad workout. Im getting sick of dieting because i have had so much success so far and I have a long way to go.:o
 
Got my new car........Anyway i did 30 minutes of cardio

195 pounds.
 
Day 52

Worked shoulders and did 30 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer, weight is still at 195 and dropping bodyfat, cant complain about that.
 
Day 51

Did 25 minutes cardio around 8am came back home, gonna get something to eat and go do some hams, calves, and abs. My neck is still hurting.:(

25 minutes on cross trainer, 15 on cross trainer in pm, 10 minutes on treadmill.

Starting to fuck this diet up by eating too much. Im off ECA and Im extremely hungry 24/7. Im going to get back on them tommorow (Saturday) and have a cheat day on sunday since i will be out all night saturday drinking my dick off. Im going to do atleast 40 min of cardio saturday monrning though.
 
Saturady i worked shoulders and abs and did 20 minutes of cardio.

Sunday i went out last night and got full and havent slept today........i should loose some wieght now.:rolleyes:
 
Day 46

Did back and cardio today, my muscles looked flat as fuck. Fucking alcohol.:(

Clomid isnt as bad as last time.......so thats good. Did 25 minutes on cross trainer and burned 401 calories.
 
Day 44

Did 50 minutes of cardio.......

Weighed in at 196, gaining fucking wiegh doing all the cardio. I dont know if its water or what. Im gonna start back up the ECA's tommorow. My muscles are looking flat even though im getting enough carbs. I dont know..
 
Day 43

Did one hour of cardio and shoulders. Taking tommorow off except an hour of cardio after work and some abs.

Day 42

Ran about a mile and a half. On day 39 the diet is going to get extremely intense, no cheats for 39 days.
 
Day 40 and 41

Nothing the weekend, i went out and clubbed it.....thats great for getting jacked.:rolleyes:
 
Day 39

Started up ECA and Yohimbe, first day of hard core dieting. Did chest and cardo and burned 502 calories in 30 minutes on the cross trainer. Felt good, ECA had my heart rate about 20 BPM higher though.
 
Day 38

Sticking to the diet hard. Did cardio again on an empty stomach for 30 minutes on the cross trainer. I burned 531 calories. Good Shit!

Day 37

Using Yohimburn since day 39. Worked Legs and Calves and didnt do cardio since i worked legs.
 
Day 36

Morning Cardio 30 min on cross trainer burned 510 calories. 7 min speed walk burned 40 calories for 550 total calories. Worked out back and light bi's in the pm.
 
Day 35 Saturday

No weight training today did cardio on cross trainer and got 550 calories then i walked and got 60 for 610 calories. Looking good right now, feeling good too.
