deads are easier if ur taller out of the big three moves tall guys should dominate at pulling squatting and benching are different thou im 6'3 250 and about 12% i can bench 420 and pull around 659 i squat in the front and i can handle 315 for about 7 reps but remeber thats the "front squat"
not to change the subject here but me and my taller buddies were talking about some of the nasty fights they have had and almost all of them said it was with a short guy 5'7" 5'8" 5'9" any of you big guys experience this? Tough for me to comment since i live in an italian neighborhood where 5'10" is considered a big guy.
We had a pit in high school that everyone would go to after school if someone had beef with another person, and you rarely saw the bigger meaning the tall guys win. Now every now and then you would pick a fight with the wrong dude, but those short guys were like little firecrackers...needless to say my high school was ruff...lol.

I just think that giving up lots of weight in a fight is rough if both fighters are moble. I doubt someone who is 6'6 290 and can move really doesn't have tough fights. At those weights it doesn't take to many shots either way, usually pretty short fights from my experience.
I agree 100%! I'm 6'5" and my ass is only inches from the floor when I bottom out. Actaully, I go lower than my training partner who is only around 5'8"ish.
Oh, BTW, currently 6'5" 254 8-9% I have been as heavy as 268, but my bodyfat was much higher. I have also been off the gear and training naturally for 18 months now (not by choice). I am hoping to break the 260 mark natty before I have the opportunity to go back on. My only problem with getting bigger, is that I get so F@#KING tired of eating! I have a very high metabolism and have to take in 7500kcal at a minimum in order to bulk.
