i honestly dont know body fat measurements.. never been measured myself. i was around 225-230 in that pic. been bulking a little and getting lazy with my diet.

i was 230 in the avi pic but have been bulking and now am 247-252 on test 500mg a week.

I love being tall and built....Like some of you said...the short guys cannot get taller...But, us tall guys can always get more SWOLE.... My weight is probably the lowest on this thread at 228lbs...but, I like the physique and in due time will be LARGER..........................The bitches love a tall guy with a nice body.... .
