6'3", 205. Short buff guys have to be careful or else they end up looking like lawn gnomes. Tall folks just look more and more like Arnold as they get bigger .

I think I need to post some pics, I think some of these guys are lying about there weight, at 210 I look as big as a few of them..unless there old pics, but there are few guys you can tell are coming in at 235-275..
