6 weeks into cutter, and GAINING weight

Stats:
25 yrs old
232 lbs
Training 9 yrs
14% BF
4th cycle

Current cycle (pretty standard cutter)

week 1-4 Test p 400 mg/wk
week 4-12 Test e 500mg/wk
week 1-6 Tren Ace 300mg/wk
week 1-12 Winny 50 mg/day

Also felt a little tenderness in left nip, so week 5, i added 2.5 ml liquifem a day

I front loaded with Prop, and switched to enan, staggered in starting week 2. Late week 5, I noticed significant bloating and have since switched back to prop for the remainder of the cycle.

AM (empty stomach) cardio, PM weights 6 days a week, along with yoga (which fuckin kills me) twice a week.

Diet is very good- about 2500 cals/day. Carbs in the AM, and PWO, High protein, moderate fat. Drinking about 3 gals water a day.

Doing the math, I burn around 4000 cals a day, and eat 2500. Strength has greatly increased, as has vasularity.

I have now gained 8 lbs, and haven't become much leaner, as the caloric deficit should be producing.

Is this all bloat??
Should I drastically switch diet around and eliminate all carbs?

just the water from the e.n.t.h.--make sure you are drinking enoungh h2o

may want a little something before the am cardio as you do not want to keep triggering a starvation response.

add lipoflame

and the with 12 weeks of wiiny you may not need the femara at least for the problems caused by the tre.n

add .25 of armidex in place of the femara for the nips
 
Metabolism is obviously a variable for everyone even with cardio.

If you are truly in a 1500 calorie deficit per day you should feel like shit especially with all the work you are doing to get there, so my first idea is that you arent THAT far below your caloric requirements.

Also that amount of Femera(Letrozole right?) is a LOT, I would DEF back that down... you need more like 1mg EOD, better yet ditch it all together and get some aromosin... Has the tenderness diminished? If not it could be prolactin from the Tren anyway.

Of course, you've now stopped the tren so it should go away anyway.

Basically if you want to CUT, then you have to cut.... losing/gaining weight doesnt mean much, do you LOOK different or have you had any pinch points done?

Forgot to mention the Lipo-6 pre cardio, and ECA pre-WO. Just got the Lipoflame in the mail today, so i'll be trying that out[

Definately more muscular, just doesn't make since do to the low cal intake[

the armidex will take care of the bloat from the en.th and the sore nips

still worried your cals are too low---try no carbs after 6 or so--worked for me
 
Thinking about the all natural PB diet, just to throw a curve ball in there. High fats and protein, 8% carbs

Arimidex the same as liquidex?

there is a lot of support of changing-up your diet all the time--i would watch the fats though b/c your cholesterol is already suffereing.

is your bf% dropping though?

i ran into this before on a cutter, it was actually intentional on my part to do it. i got the diet just right.

i gained a few pounds in the beginning and then my weight stayed there even though i was cal deficient. i got my body to burn fat for energy and my protein was saved for building muscle. i stayed at the same weight for about 7 weeks. my muscles got bigger but the waist got smaller.

Waist has grown. As have quads, hams and butt. I think it's because I'm Finally getting decent form on the squat (pretty sure yoga played a major role), and throwing on more weight every week.

I was content with the same weight, just lower BF, but this just hasn't happened yet. Maybe I may have a 1% drop in BF in 6 weeks. I'm fvckin lost!
 
The LIPOFLAME will def keep you leans and especially burn visceral fat

for you just take 4 caps Pre lifting ONLY no need to run it daily

for your goals its enough

12 weeks of winny? curious, have you run winny for this long before? if so, have you gotten bloodwork afterwards? what were liver values like?

i was thinking the same the lipids and joints would be uot of whack, 12 weeks winny not a very good idea , how about last 8 weeks that should be fine

I was thinking this as well.

To reference Nelson, there are no such things as 'cutting' steroids. Steroids ae designed to have muscle grow.

I would also recommend collagen supplements when running winnie for your joints.
