I am 18 and i have been a 3 sport althete my whole life... In the off-season i weight trained and kept in shape but i could NEVER seem to get a 6 pack i always had a super strong stomach but it never showed b/c a small layer of fat... i still have that problem and i do not know what to do... the rest of my body is in very good shape and i eat healthy... what is a suggestion to me? how could i possible get 6 pack abs?
