5x5 results for monday leg/back

squat 5x5 @ 235 ( pr is 275, got ways to go ) up 10 same level of diff

hack squat 2x8 @ 190 ( pr is 225 )up 5 harder due to squat

SLDL 2x8 @ 145 ( pr is 155 ) up 10 slightlhy harder may stay there another week

Seated calf 1x10 @ 90 5 sec negative 10 second hold at the bottom

Standing Calf 1x10 @ 90 same thing staying same weight next week till i hit 12 reps

DB bent over rows 5x5 @ 45 ( PR ) each easy going up to 50s next week

Wide grip pulldown 2x8 @ 110 ( PR is 160 ) easy going up to 120 next week

Power Shrugs 5x5 @ 315 first time ever doing, so technically its a PR =) felt it more then regular shrugs, will go up to 335 next week, too easy

Would have done some grip work but broken finger had to use straps on SLDL DB rows and Shrugs, hopefully i can do grip next week
 
dunno, just seems like legs and back fit together, thursday is a lot harder, i throw in power cleans and squats.

I take xenadrine for energy, creatine, amz, and a multi, for some reason creatine really does wonders for me...
