5x5 - Rest Times

For those of you who do, or have done the 5x5 routine, how long were your rests for both 5x5 and 2x8-10 exercises?

I've heard Needsize say he used up to 3 minutes for the heavier sets, but that seems like an awful long time. I was thinking 2 minutes for 5x5, 1m30s for accessory exercises, and 1m for warmups?
 
I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery still, but I have noticed a pretty good gain in strength since I started the 5x5 program. It is working for me.
 
3 min for the mass building exercises is good, for squats, deads and bench, but I have also taken as long as 4 min if I feel I need to. Just go on how you feel. If you're ready, hit the next set, if not, rest up a bit longer.
 
I don't like to take my rests in-between sets according to how I feel. One week I might take 2, then 4 another. If I increased the weight and hit 5x5 because I took 2 extra minutes in-between sets then that, well, wouldn't be good. Not the gains I'm looking for.

I'm the same way. 3-5 min is where my rest usually is on the 5x5 part. about a minute or two on the 8-10rep sets.
