For those of you who do, or have done the 5x5 routine, how long were your rests for both 5x5 and 2x8-10 exercises?
I've heard Needsize say he used up to 3 minutes for the heavier sets, but that seems like an awful long time. I was thinking 2 minutes for 5x5, 1m30s for accessory exercises, and 1m for warmups?
