Hi, this is my second run thru the 5x5 with great results the first time, On monday July 4th, will be the start of my 3rd week vol phase. Since this is the 4th, my gym is gonna be closed. I was gonna move that day to sunday, but the gym is also closed for the holiday. Any suggestions of what I should do to make up for this lost day? I'm a little concerned because it will be my PR Squats day.
