51 yo on first cycle of sus250 and winstrol

If ur asking ppl to radomly guess on wat cycle u should run on zero information then just make it up yourself as its gonna be wrong either way,if u really want help then post wat u been asked for...stats diet training history bf etc etc the more u take time to giv the more the experts on here can and WILL help u with the best free imformation available
 
I may have missed it... But why do you have the winny in this cycle? Are you trying to cut ur first cycle?

My trainer was pushing for a Winnie only cycle but having done my research I saw that any good cycle needed a base like sus. I am going for a bit more size and strength.

Diet typical day
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and protein shake
Morning: fruit
Lunch: chicken breast veges
Arvo: protein shake and piece of fruit
Dinner: steak veges or salad
Training: personal trainer 5 times/ week 45 mins for last 5 years lost 50 pounds
Twice weekly upper body
Twice weekly squats lunges dead lifts
Once weekly: intensive cardio
